I built The Painted World because, as a painter, I wanted something that didn’t exist — a map where you could see only paintings, each one tied to the exact place it depicts. The longer I sat with that idea, the more I realized what it could mean for artists, explorers, and communities. So I am building it. Without investors, no corporations, and no tech team behind it. Just a painter who believes the art world deserves something better than what is out there.
